Return Eligibility & Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • All original parts, accessories, and components must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

All products, including statues, string lighting, wind chimes, flags, mats and rugs, and miscellaneous outdoor decor, are carefully packed and checked before shipping to ensure quality upon arrival.


Return & Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at service@hpottergarden.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Send the item back using the provided return details
  5. Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and begin processing

Return and exchange processing time is 4 to 7 days after we receive the returned item.


Refund Policy & Processing Time

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).

Refund processing time is 2 to 3 weeks. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchange Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you would like a different product, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • We will prioritize replacement once the original item is returned or verified
  • In cases of damage or wrong item, we will ensure a fast resolution

Shipping, Delivery & Return Costs

We ship to global regions excluding Asia and remote areas.

Shipping options:

  • DHL / FedEx Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 days, shipping fee $12.95
  • Free EMS Shipping: 12 to 24 days, free on orders over $50

Order processing time is 4 to 7 days before shipment.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, Hpotter Garden will cover return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Situations

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
